Rx for the tail spin is as follows:

1) Never mention Sarah Palins name (she is a halucination)
2)only mention John McCain and George Bush
3) Remind people that one year ago John McCain called conservative Christians "agents of intollerance"
4)Remind people that John McCain was for the "tax break for the rich" AFTER he was against it (take that existential twist John Kerry!)
5)Remind people that John McCain is secular humanist who is useing Sarah Palin as a fig leaf (yuck) to decieve the good righteous Cristian people of the U.S.A.
